Court Street USA is grateful for our network of abstractors and we are dedicated to building lasting relationships. We try seeing things from your perspective and understand and respect your need to focus on searching without delays and interruptions. We’ve also worked hard over the years to optimize the workflow between us and make your experience as simple and smooth as possible when dealing with our company. Here are a few of the steps we’ve taken in that direction:
- We consistently pay on the 15th of each month for all work completed in the previous month. We are known for being one of the fastest paying companies around!
- We keep upgrading our website, always striving to make it simple and easy to use. Through it you can retrieve and return your new orders, as well as accept, decline or update your ETA’s. In addition, you can submit notes for individual orders or all your open orders at one time.
- A full time vendor representative is available to promptly answer any questions you may have, whether related to your orders or to technical issues, such as uploading, scanning etc.
